New Steamer Braddock in the River Saturday November 4, 1916 at 2:45 PM    this boat was built at the Ways

Heavy thunderstorm October 31, 1916

very Thunder and much lighting Saturday November 4, 1916  Rain all forenoon

built Cabins on Pump boats No. 90-93-141 and general repairs to same

On Steamer J.C. Risher  Monday November 6, 1916  puting in new beams and deck under the boilers from the forward Boiler beam to the Deck room   reseting Aft-Capston - repairing wheel - repairing nosing - fantail rail - new rods to hold up fantails - knocker blocks and other repairs finished November 12, 1916

Monday November 12, 1916  on Sand Digger Progress of the Iron City Sand Company   new guards - new spud frames - part new rakes - cut ends on cylinder timbers - 7" II beam Jockey between C. timbers - new chain and braces on each side - 2 new gunnels aft - 2 60 ft. gunnels Midship and like repairs all around    off the Ways Thursday December 7, 1916

Steamer Crucible Docked and on the top yard Thursday December 7, 1916

Bob Murphy lost his first finger off his left hand Thursday December 7, 1916  puting up tiller bar on Steamer Progress one end slid down the tiller while his hand was between and sheared it almost off at the second Joint    Dr.Rowland did the rest
