Lock 10 on the Monongahela is located near Morgantown, WV.  and was constructed from 1898 to 1903, it took four years for the construction due to changing contractors four times. This old lock was replaced in 1950 and was removed, the lock built in 1950 remains in use with limited hours of operation.
